Over his 30-year career, Peter has developed more than 35 Food and Beverage Concepts in multiple platforms including Hotels, Airports, Free Standing Concepts and Food Halls. He has managed more than $160M in Food and Beverage Development Budgets and is responsible for the expansion of several companies both nationally and internationally.
